Where tradition, quality, and passion for first-class olive oil are paramount. Our farm is located in the deep south of Italy, in the picturesque region of Matera, known for its unique nature and the "Sassi" UNESCO World Heritage site – the famous cave dwellings. Here, amidst the Mediterranean vegetation and not far from the Ionian Sea, we have been cultivating our 2000 olive trees for generations, from which we extract a particularly aromatic and high-quality olive oil. Since 2009, the young 3rd Carriero generation has taken over the family business, continuing the tradition of their ancestors with pride and dedication. Our goal is to get the best out of nature – in a sustainable and careful way. That's why our olives are harvested exclusively by hand to protect them and ensure the highest quality. Within just a few hours of harvesting, the olives are pressed in our oil mill. This quick and careful process ensures the freshness and full aroma of our olive oil, which carries the soul of our region. Our olive oil is more than just a product; it is a piece of Mediterranean lifestyle that we want to share with the world.

The taste of our oil evokes the gentle sea breeze, the scent of fresh herbs, and the warmth of the southern Italian sun. With an annual production of approximately 5,000 liters, our oil is a true rarity – an exclusive treat for all who value quality, freshness, and authenticity. Marlies and Antonio Carriero are responsible for distributing our olive oil in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. With our deep connection to family history and our base in Vorarlberg, we ensure that our oil is also available in these countries. We rely on personal service and individual advice, as direct contact with our customers is particularly important to us.
