Vinification:
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Maceration for about 10 days at 26–28 °C, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aging:
In stainless steel tanks, then at least 6 months in French barriques and 12 months in the bottle. Bottled in July/August.
