Pasta Rummo is a traditional pasta maker from the Apennine Mountains of Campania, in Southern Italy, specifically from Benevento.

We support this manufacturer by marketing these excellent noodles, because the factory was completely destroyed by a mudslide a few years ago. The reconstruction has lasted until recently, the excellent quality can still be shown: Rough surface due to slow drying, selected durum wheat varieties in the recipe and spring water from nearby springs, make these noodles a unique taste experience.
